Foam Fabricators | Altor Solutions Plant Recognized for Environmentally-Friendly Practices
Recently Brandon Melton, Plant Manager of the Jackson, TN location was presented an Environmental Impact Award by Josh Hardin of Pratt Industries. The Pratt Award recognizes the reduced environmental impacts resulting from practices put into place at the Jackson plant. During 2021, the facility used 100% recycled paper products which translated into significant environmental savings over virgin papers, as recognized in the award:
- Over 4 million gallons of water saved
- 2.5 million kilowatt hours of power saved
- Over 10,000 trees saved
- 625 tons of CO2 prevented
- Over 2,000 cubic yards of material diverted from landfills
