The Root Of Our Service
Mahatma Gandhi said, “A customer is the most important visitor in our premises. He is not dependent on us, we are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work, he is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business, he is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.”
At Altor Solutions, we pride ourselves on the level of service provided in all stages of a project. When we come into a situation we like to look at the big picture, complete with many little details. We ask ‘why’ and ‘how’ a lot when addressing the direct needs of the customer.
Why you ask? Picture a tree. The parts of the tree you can actually see; leaves, branches, trunk, bark, are the obvious. We think of those components as the initial ‘how’ and ‘why’ questions. The obvious, per se, as to what is currently being accomplished and the steps taken to completion. As we travel further down the tree, we take notice of the not so obvious by pointing to the roots. This is where we find our ‘how’ and ‘why’ questions to have the most meaning. It is the support system and origin for why the tree even exists in the first place. It is its purpose.
Our company service model relates directly to the analogy of the tree. You are the reason for our work, our purpose. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate our service.
