GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE 

These Terms will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in South Carolina in connection with any dispute between you and Altor arising out of these Terms or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms or pertaining to the subject matter hereof will be in the state courts in Greenville County, South Carolina and the federal courts of South Carolina. 

SEVERABILITY 

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severed from these Terms and the other provisions remain in force. 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Altor relating to the subject matter hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on the Website will govern the items to which they pertain.  

TERMINATION
